We would like to announce that Adrien Mayost, our High Performance Coordinator, will be moving on from his position with Climbing Escalade Canada (CEC). Adrien has accepted an exciting opportunity in his clinical field, and while we are sad to see him go, we fully support his decision to pursue this new chapter in his career.
During his time with CEC, Adrien has been an invaluable member of our team. His dedication to the High Performance Program (HPP) and commitment to the HPP Review process have been instrumental in shaping the future of climbing in Canada.
Adrien will remain in his role until August 23rd to ensure a smooth transition. Following his departure, our Executive Director, Christiane Marceau, will step in to support the team and continue the important work that Adrien has been leading.
Though Adrien is moving on professionally, we are pleased to share that he will continue to support CEC in a volunteer capacity. We are grateful for his ongoing commitment to the climbing community and look forward to seeing the positive influence he will undoubtedly have in his new role.
