Participants Registrations
- This event is open to all athletes aged 16 and older at December 31, 2024 (2008 and before)
- Participants must be a member of their respective National Federation
- For Canadian Citizen and Canadian Resident, the 2023-2024 CEC Athlete License is required (or the 2024 NACS one-time license)
- For others, your National Federation will be asked to confirm your membership status

- For non-Canadian Resident, when creating a new account, please do as follow:
- Select Ontario as your Province
- Select USA Climbing as your affiliated gym (if from USA), or None if you are from another country

- Registration Cost: $250 CAD
- CASH PRIZES – $1,000 CAD to the winner of each gender! And cash prizes to 2nd and 3rd place!
Coaches Registrations
- Coaches must register through this form (if not already registered this season)
- Canadian Coaches must complete all safe sport requirements
- Coaches from other National Federations must be vetted by their respective NF
Format
The competition will be governed under the North American Cup Series (NACS) Event Manual.
Rules
Section 1.3 of the NACS Event Manual: The International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) January 2024 Version 1.0 shall be in effect, unless where amended in the NACS Event Manual or by the Jury President. Any modifications will be communicated to all participants and coaches at the Technical Meeting.

Quotas
- Semi-Finals: Top 20 qualifiers advance to semi-finals in each gender
- Finals: Top 6 qualifiers advance to finals in each gender
Appeals
- The Appeal Jury is composed of the Jury President and Head Judge
- A written appeal must be submitted within 5 minutes of the climber’s final climb (appeal form)
- An appeal fee of $100 CAD is payable to the CEC
